Rebound Therapeutics Acquired By Integra Lifesciences

Irvine-based Rebound Therapeutics, a developer of single use, disposable devices used in minimally invasive surgical procedures, has been acquired by Integra LifeSciences, the companies said this week. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Rebound's Auro Surgiscope system is a single-use, disposable, neurosurgical endoscope, and had its products cleared by the FDA in January. Rebound Therapeutics will become part of Integra's Codman Specialty Surgical division.
