    RF Magic Names VP
    San Diego-based RF Magic, a provider of integrated RF chips for the broadband market, said that it has named a new VP of Sales. RF Magic said that it has named Gordon Schenk as VP of Worldwide Sales. Schenk has served at Infineon, Mobilian, Quorom Systems, and Provigent. RF Magic provides silicon for digital broadcast satellite, set top boxes, and fixed wireless systems. The firm is backed by Anthem Ventures, Comcast, Conexant, EchoStar, Finaventures, Hamilton Apex, STMicroelectronics, and Waypoint Ventures.
