    RFDomus Samples GPS ICs


    Irvine-based RFDomus has announced that it is now shipping pre-production samples of the company's radio frequency (RF) ICs for the wireless communications market. The company's RFIC for global positioning systems are now available. The company is targeting portable electronic devices and cell handsets with its GPS chip. The chip is purchased by manufacturers who want to implement GPS functionality in their hardware. RFDomus is backed by Digicom S.p.A.
