Ripple Bolsters Board With Media Execs
El Segundo-based out-of-home advertising firm Ripple TV said today that it has added two media executives to the firm's board of directors. Ripple, which is venture backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Trinity Ventures, said that Scott Hagedorn of Omnicom Media Group agency PHD USA, and Jack Myers of Myers Publishing have both joined its board. John Fischer of DFJ, Tim McAdam of Trinity, and the firm's CEO, John McMenamin, are also on the company's board of directors. Ripple places news and advertising on screens in retailers such as Borders, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Gelson's, Juice it Up!, Robeks, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Tully's Coffee.
