    RiverOne Raises $6M

Irvine-based supply chain management software firm RiverOne said this morning that it has raised $6M in a new round of venture funding. Funding came from Rustic Canyon Partners and Baker Capital, both existing investors in the company. RiverOne said that it would use the funding to move forward with aggressive sales and marketing initiatives, and build infrastructure. RiverOne is the result of a merger of Need2Buy and Efinity, two venture-backed supply chain management software companies, in November of 2001.
