Salem Media Buys Instapray App

Camarillo-based religious broadcaster and publisher Salem Media Group has acquired its own, mobile app, called InstaPray, the company said late Thursday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Instapray develops iOS and Android apps which lets users submit and share prayer requests to others. Salem Media said the addition to its Salem Web Networks arm helps expand its portfolio of Christian websites and apps. The company says it reaches 25 million monthly unique visitors with its apps and websites. Instapray was founded by Fryderyk Ovcaric.
