    SeeBeyond Stockholders Approve Sun Microsystems Merger
    Monrovia-based SeeBeyond said yesterday that its shareholders have approved the company's previously announced acquisition by Sun Microsystems. The company reported that stockholders holding approximately 72% of the total number of shares of Seebeyond stock voted in favor of the agreement. Sun is acquiring SeeBeyond for its enterprise integration software systems.
