Sendia Revs Wireless Salesforce.com Application

Santa Monica-based Sendia has released version 3.0 of the company's WorkSpace CRM tool for the popular Salesforce.com hosted customer relationship management and sales tool. Sendia said that its upgraded software provides new support for Salesforce.com Customforce capabilities, better data capacity, and customizable lists. Sendia's tool provides Salesforce.com connectivity to wireless handheld devices, including RIM BlackBerry and Palm Treo handhelds. The enhanced version of the WorkSpace software now supports custom objects and information created through the desktop version of Salesforce.com.
