Sendio Signs Real Estate Customer
Irvine-based Sendio, a provider of email security appliances, said yesterday that it has signed on Sentinel Real Estate Corporation as a customer. Sendio said that the $5B manager of real estate properties would use it for its email security efforts. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sendio develops a email security appliance that uses sender authentication and virus filtering to reduce the inflow of spam into email systems; the firm's product also conducts outbound message filtering and malware checks. The firm is backed by Kline Hawkes California and Momentum Venture Management.
