Service-now.com Gets $5M Investment

San Diego-based Service-now.com, a provider of hosted IT management services, said this morning that it has received $5M in a Series B funding round. The round was led by JMI Equity. Service.com provides software-as-a-service offerings for managing help desks, knowledge bases, and IT and service asset management. Service-now said that the funding will be used to expand the firm's sales force and build the firm's infrastructure. JMI Equity was a prior investor in the firm. More information »
