ServiceTitan Acquires WaterSoftWare

Los Angeles-based ServiceTitan, which offers up a suite of software for home service and commercial contractors, has acquired WaterSoftWare, a developer of business management software for the water treatment industry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to ServiceTitan, the move will help it with expansion into a new market, the water treatment industry. WaterSoftWare's products helps water treatment dealerships manage their accounts, route and delivery services, inventory, billing, and other operations. ServiceTitan is venture backed by Index Ventures, Dragoneer, T. Rowe Price, Battery Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners and ICONIQ Capital.
