Carslbad-based ShareVis, a developer of SharePoint workflow and web form automation software, has been acquired by SAP business process improvement software firm Winshuttle. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Winshuttle said it would incorporate ShareVis technology into its software. Winshuttle also said it will continue to maintain offices in Carlsbad, with all ShareVis employees joining the company. ShareVis was headed by Nail Sudin.
