    Siafu Rolls Storage Appliance For VMware


    Poway-based Siafu Software, a developer of storage products for the IP SAN market, said this week that it has announced a SAN storage appliance specifically targeted at the VMware market. Siafu said that its Siafu Swarm Series appliances are now available for VMware Infrastructure 3 environments. Siafu's storage products are based on the iSCSI storage standard, which uses Ethernet for storage networking data traffic. The new products are available now starting at $8,995.
