Silicon Beach Popularity Drives Up Rent, Says Report
The popularity of setting up a startup on Silicon Beach is pushing up office rent on the Westside of Los Angeles, according to an article from Businessweek posted Tuesday. The article says that office space is getting more expensive in areas like Venice, due to the number of startups moving into the area, and the activity of companies like Google, accelerators like Amplify, startups like StackSocial, and others.
