    SimpleTech Ships Solid State Drives

Santa Ana-based SimpleTech (www.simpletech.com) announced today that it is now shipping solid state drives (SSDs). The company's new Zeus solid state disks range in capacity from 2 to 128 gigabytes, fit into 2.5 and 3.5 inch form factors, and are 9.5mm thick. The disks look like traditional ATA disk drives, but provide much greater performance. SimpleTech develops flash memory, DRAM, and other memory products.
