SIPphone Rolls Out Web-based VoIP Widget

San Diego-based SIPphone has rolled out a new, web-based VoIP product based on the Gizmo Project. The company said today that it has launched Gizmo Call, which allows anyone to call anywhere in the world from a web-based widget. The new service uses an Adobe Flash plug-in which connects with Gizmo's Voice-over-IP calling services. The new software runs on both Windows and Macintosh operating systems, and Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, and Safari browsers.
