San Diego-based SmartDrive Systems, which develops systems for risk management for fleet vehicles, has raised an undisclosed Series C round of funding from Oak Investment Partners. SmartDrive said that Revolution Ventures, The Founders Fund, and Western Technology Investments also particpated in the deal.
