    SMC Ships Bluetooth USB Solution


    Irvine-based SMC Networks said this morning that it is shipping a new Wireless Bluetooth USB adapter compatible with the new Bluetooth 1.2 standard. The company's SMC-BT10 EZ Connect Wireless Bluetooth USB Adapter allows customers to easily set up a personal Bluetooth network. The new device connects up to seven Bluetooth equipped cell phones, PDAs, or other devices. The device is designed for enabling data sharing and transfer between PDAs and cell phones, and lists for $39.99.
