Los Angeles-based SOA Software, which develops service-oriented architecture (SOA) management software, said Tuesday that the firm is expanding its European operations. The firm said it has appointed Steve Pope as the firm's Vice President of Europe, and Simon Parker as Director Technology Europe, as part of an expansion in the region. Pope was most recently at AmberPoint, and also served at webMethods, Informix, and Forte Software. Parker has served at Cisco Systems, Reactivity, Wily Technology, Active Software, Forte Software, and Informix.
