SOA Software Sells Services Unit For $24.9M
Los Angeles-based SOA Software, a developer of software tools for the Service Oriented Architecture market, announced Monday that it sold its professional services business to an Indian provider of information technology services. The deal was worth $24.9M. SOA Software said it sold its professional services business to Pune, India-based Zensar, in order to concentrate on its enterprise software business. SOA Software is venture backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Redpoint Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Palisades Ventures, and Paladin Capital.
