Sonos Loses CFO

Santa Barbara-based whole home music systems maker Sonos said late Wednesday that its CFO, Brittany Bagley, is stepping down. The company--which is locked in a patent battle with Google--said Bagley is stepping down to "pursue another professional opportunity." Bagley is being replaced by Eddie Lazarus, the company's current Chief Legal Officer (CLO). According to Sonos, Lazarus will start serving as interim CFO effective September 1st. Lazarus has been Chief Legal Offier at Sonos since 2019, and previously was General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer for Tribune Media Company from 2013 to 2018.
