SpaceX Puts Another Payload Into Space

Hawthorne-based SpaceX delivered another payload into space on Wednesday, sending the Intelsat 35e into geostationary transfer orbit (GTO), on its third try. The satellite had originally been scheduled to launch on Sunday, but ran into weather, and the rescheduled launch on July 3rd was aborted due to "violation of abort criteria". The satellite is Intelsat's fourth, Epic-generation satellite, used for video and broadband, wireless backhaul, enterprise, and mobility services in the C- and Ku-band.
