Beverly Hills-based Spark Networks, the online dating and personal service, said Thursday that it has acquired the assets of HurryDate, a personals and singles event company. Terms were not disclosed. Spark said it will use the acquisiiton to strengthen the firm's speed dating business. HurryDate offers speed dating events across the U.S. and Canada.
