    Stamps.com PhotoStamps Return

Los Angeles-based Stamps.com's popular PhotoStamps service has returned to the market. The company has re-launched the service, which allows any customer to create personalized stamps from personal photos, after receiving approval from the US Postal Service to conduct a year long market test for the service starting today. A wide range of postage amounts are available for customized printing, and the company charges a service fee above the cost of postage for the PhotoStamps service. The company's service proved immensely popular after a short market test last year, however was pulled from the market early after activists were able to order inappropriate images. The company is now only allowing personal images and photos that meet its content guidelines.
