    StoneFly Signs Up Food Retailer

San Diego-based StoneFly said earlier this week that it has signed up Nancy's Specialty Foods as a customer of its IP-based storage networking technology. Nancy's, a manufacturer of gourmet foods, will tap into StoneFly's IP-based storage management and disaster recovery solution. The company will tap into the ability of the solution to provide synchronous campus mirroring for disaster recovery. More and more companies are implementing cross campus, remote disaster recovery sites using IP and other technology. Nancy's migrated from a direct attach disk to StoneFly's IP-based storage area network (SAN).
