SunGard AvantGard Acquires GETPAID

SunGard's Calabasa-based AvantGard business unit announced this morning that it has acquired New Jersey-based GETPAID Corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. SunGard said that GETPAID's software will become part of its AvantGard enterprise treasury solution suite, used to automate financial transcations. the software provides everything from customer order to cash management. The GETPAID software consolidates customer invoice information, automates collection tasks, and generates advanced cash forecasts.
