    Symantec Adds Iomega REV Support
    San Diego-based Iomega reports that the firm's removable REV drives have gained native support from Symantec's popular Backup Exec software. The data storage product provider said that Symantec's Backup Exec 11d now natively supports the firm's REV drives, including support for its autoloader. Iomega said that customers previously were required to make manual configuration changes to Backup Exec in order to support the firm's storage offering.
