    Symwave Gets $10.2M


    Laguna Niguel-based Symwave has raised $10.184M in an investment round, for the firm's analog and mixed signal IC. Details of the funding have not been disclosed. Symwave has previously raised funding from Kodiak Venture Partners, CMEA Ventures, JAFCO Ventures, Revolution Ventures, and RPM Ventures. Symwave develops sensors, serial PHYs, and other products for the semiconductor industry. The firm was founded in 2001. The funding was disclosed in Q3 venture totals from PricewaterhouseCoopers and the NVCA.
