SYS Technologies Buys Engineering Firm For $2.6M

San Diego-based SYS Technologies, an engineering, management, and IT consulting firm, said today that it has acquired San Diego-based Antin Engineering for approximately $2.6M in cash and stock. Antin provides technical support services, training, integration, and more for the Department of Defense, the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, NASA, and other government agencies. SYS reports that Antin's revenue for 9 months ending September 30, 2004 were approximately $4.0M. The company said that Antin's run rate is approximately $7.0M. SYS provides engineering, management, and integration to the Department of Defense and other agencies.
