    Systems Integration Firms Neudesic and AVIVA Merge


    Irvine-based Neudesic, a provider of information technology integration for the Microsoft market, has merged with AVIVA Consulting Group, a provider of consulting for the compliance and document management market. The two companies said that they will merge under the Neudesic name and continue to provide Microsoft solutions to their customers. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed. The new company will be based in Irvine, and the companies have combined offices in Los Angeles and Phoenix.
