Tanner Upgrades Analog Simulation Tool
Pasadena-based Tanner EDA (www.tanner.com) announced that the company has added Bipolar Inter-Company (VBIC) bipolar junction transistor models into its T-Spice analog and mixed-signal IC simulation tool. The new support provides better simulation of SiGe devices, and is designed to better meet the needs of power and wireless/RF applications. The company said that the addition of the capabilities into its tool will give it greater access to the high-growth power and wireless design markets.
