Tarari Signs IP Network Firm
San Diego-based Tarari said that its has signed up Telestream, a provider of automated media encoding and delivery solutions for IP networks, to provide its hardware encoders in Telestream's high end digital media solutions. Telestream will use Tarari's Encoder Accelerator for Windows Media to offload encoding of Windows Media encoding applications. Tarari's product is PCI-X card coupled with the firm's hardware design for accelerating the encoding of media. Telestream is a provider of automation systems for broadcaster and media companies.
