TechTarget Acquires 2020software.com
Needham, Massachusetts-based media publisher TechTarget said today that it has acquired Los Angeles-based 20/20 Software, developer of 2020software.com, a web site that provides feature comparisons and access to trial software for small and medium-sized businesses. Terms were not disclosed. TechTarget said that it will operate 2020software.com as a site within TechTarget's network of sites for IT buyers. TechTarget said that 20/20 Software was advised by The Jordan, Edmiston Group in the transaction.
