Tekelec Buys Packet Switching Firm In $85M Deal
Calabasas-based Tekelec (www.tekelec.com) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchas Taqua Inc, a provider of next-generation Class 5 packet switching systems. The deal is a cash deal worth $85M plus assumption of options.
