Telanetix Completes AccessLine Buy

San Diego-based videoconferencing equipment maker Telanetix has completed its acquisition of Accessline Communications, a provider of hosted VoIP services, the firm said today. The deal was worth $34.9M. AccessLine will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Telanetix. According to Telanetix, Accessline had gross revenues of $24.3M in its fiscal year ended December 31, 2006.
