San Diego-based Telcentris, the developer of cloud-based communications and voice services, said this morning that it has named Pertti Johansson as its Executive Vice President, overseeing Global Business Development. Johansson was previously at Powerwave Technologies, Monitise Group, and also was President, Europe/MEA at Qualcomm. Johansson also has served at Motorola. According to Telcentris, Johansson has more than 35 years of experience in the telecom and wireless industry. Telcentris operates VoxOx, a consumer focused service providing unified voice, text, chat, fax, and social networking tools, and VoxOx In Business, a VoIP business phone plan.
