Thousand Oaks-based electronics, aerospace, defense, and engineering products firm Teledyne said Friday morning that it has completed its acquisition of Denmark-based Reson A/S. Teledyne had originally announced its acquisition of RESON on January 29th. Financial details of the deal have not been announced. RESON provides high-resolution marine acoustic imaging and measurement products. Teledyne said the acquired company will become Teledyne RESON.
