    TelePacific Buys Arrival Communications


    Los Angeles-based TelePacific Communications, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), said Wednesday that the firm has acquired Arrival Communications, a provider of voice and data services in Central California. Financial terms were not disclosed. TelePacific is backed by Investcorp, Hillman Company, GE Capital and Arena Capital Partners, among others.
