    TG Publishing Merges With BestofMedia Group
    Los Angeles-based TG Publishing, the firm behind Tom's Hardware Guide and other online publications, has merged with BestofMedia Group, the firm said today. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. TG Publishing provides online product reviews, news, and information focused on electronics enthusiasts, and competes with CNET Networks and IDG. BestofMedia Group operates computer hardware and technology focused sites in France and elsewhere.
