The Active Network Buys HY-TEK Sports Software

San Diego-based The Active Network announced today that it has acquired Hodgson's hurrican's, Inc. and certain assets of T&C Products, Inc., which operates as HY-TEK Sports Software. HY-TEK Sports Software provides software and services to the swimming and track & field organizations, schools, and clubs. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. HY-TEK's software is used for team management, athlete training, and meet management by professional leagues, high school teams, and colleges.
