The Active Networks Buys Thriva
San Diego-based The Active Network announced today that it has acquired Bothell, Washington-based Thriva LLC, a provider of online management software and registration for camp and event organizations. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Thriva provides services to summer camps, corporate meeting and conferences, and other events. Matt Ehrlichman, CEO of Thriva, has joined Active as part of the deal.
