The Bouqs Company Picks Up $24M For Flower Delivery

Venice Beach-based The Bouqs Company, the online floral delivery startup led by John Tabis, announced this morning that it has raised $24M in a Series C funding, bringing its total raised to a little over $43M. The startup, which provides delivery of flowers from eco-friendly, sustainable farms directly to consumers, said the funding was led by Partech Ventures. Other investors in the round included NextEquity Partners and Reimagined Ventures, and along with Azure Capital Partners, KEC Ventures, Quest Venture Partners, and Robert Herjavec of ABC's "Shark Tank." Mark Menell of Partech Ventures joins the company's board as part of the funding. The company say is had a cash flow positive Q4 and "multiple days" of more than $1M in sales. More information »
