THQ Closes Paradigm Acquisition
Agoura Hills-based THQ said today that it has completed its acquisition of Paradigm Entertainment. THQ had originally announced the acquisition of Paradigm Entertainment in May. Paradigm is a game development firm working on titles for next-generation systems. Paradigm was formerly a unit of Atari. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
