    Ticketmaster Gets Approval On Paciolan Acquisition
    West Hollywood-based Ticketmaster, the ticketing firm owned by IAC, said Thursday afternoon that it has been granted early termination of the HSR waiting period by the FTC for its acquisition of Irvine-based Paciolan. Ticketmaster had announced its acquisition of Paciolan in July. No financial terms of the acquisition have been disclosed. Paciolan is a provider of online ticketing software. According to Ticketmaster, Paciolan will continue to be headed by its CEO, David Butler, and the firm will continue to operate from its Irvine location.
