Tinder Raising Big Round, Says Report

Los Angeles-based mobile dating app developer Tinder is in the midst of raising a big round of funding, according to an unconfirmed report today. The report--from TechCrunch--says the deal values Tinder at between $750M and $1 billion. Amount of the fundraising was not announced, and TechCrunch says the funding may fall through anyway due to the complicated ownership structure of Tinder. Tinder was incubated and is currently owned by IAC.
