TouchCommerce Gets Major Win At AT&T
Agoura Hills-based TouchCommerce, the online chat provider led by Bernard Louvat, has scored a major win, and has replaced LivePerson at AT&T. AT&T said this week that it had replaced its 10-year old, third party chat platform with TouchCommerce, as a part of an effort to deliver better service. AT&T said it migrated to TouchCommerce in only 60 days, in an effort it said saved the company $16.5 million in fees. AT&T apparently had planned a 12-month migration plan to TouchCommerce, but was force to quickly switch to the company's system due to "external circumstances".
