San Diego-based Trius Therapeutics said today that it has raised $30M in a Series B funding round. The funding was led by Kleiner, Perkins, Caulfied and Byers. FinTech Global Capital, a new investor in the firm, also participated, along with existing backers Sofinnova Ventures, Versant Ventures, Interwest Partners and Prism VentureWorks.
