Santa Barbara-based Truston has launched a new identity management service, the angel-backed firm said Monday. The service provides online credit inspection and fraud recovery services, and will offer both a free prevention service and a $19.99 recovery service. Truston is backed by Dennis Cagan of the Santa Barbara Technology Group.
