Typo, the Los Angeles startup backed by Ryan Seacrest which is developing a BlackBerry-like keyboard for the iPhone, has struck back against the patent lawsuit filed against the firm by BlackBerry. According to reports, Typo has submitted arguments to a California court against an injunction preventing sales of its keyboard. BlackBerry filed suit on January 3rd in the California Northern District Court, asking for a preliminary injunction on the products from Typo. Typo's products add a physical keyboard to the iPhone.
