Los Angeles-based survey and sampling firm uSamp has launched a new, mobile survey feature, which it says does not require a mobile app and can be used to collect not only answers to questions, but photo and videos from mobile devices. According to uSamp, its support of the mobile Web lets researchers send surveys to their list of contacts, without requiring those contacts to download and install an app. uSamp said its services are being used by companies to understand what consumers are thinking, hearing, and seeing during decision making moments. uSamp did not announce pricing on the new mobile web offering.
